Infusion & Herbal Mon Amour

With the cooler temperatures, and the desire to stay warm, holding in your hands and sipping a cup of hot infusions or herbal tea is a must!
As a sort of ritual of autumn, teas and infusions are known for their beneficial properties and appreciated for their pleasant and delicate taste due to fruits or herbs, flowers, and roots; but also as an alternative to tea. Infusions are a great alternative, because they generally lack caffeine. In infusions, the active ingredients release many benefits.
Widely Used since ancient times, their healing properties aid for the well-being and balance of body and mind.
There are many types on the market: anti-stress, fat burning, anti-swelling, digestive, clear headaches, relaxing, energizing, and, among our favorites, detox teas made from organic extracts.
The most used flowers are camomile, linden, orange flowers, passionflower (useful to promote a natural rest thanks to the known calming properties), licorice, fennel and mint (stimulates digestion and relaxes the abdomen), lemon balm, verbena, dandelion, lemon grass, herbs with purifying properties, or even the ginger root for its recognized anti- inflammatory and energizing properties. But, be careful not to over-indulge because these herbs in excessive amounts can not only not give the desired benefits but also have various side effects. Make sure to take care of yourself on the inside and on the outside with vegan, organic, biotech skincare! With all that being said, go enjoy a good hot bio herbal tea!
